Shoal Rewards FAQs
Earn 100 Shoal Rewards points for every £1 you spend on eligible products after discounts have been applied. Delivery charges do not earn points. To collect points online, make sure you’re signed into the Weird Fish account linked to Shoal Rewards. In participating stores, show your member QR code or give the store colleague your registered email address before you pay .
Points from purchases will appear as pending for 45 days and cannot be spent during this time. If an item is returned, cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it will be removed or reversed. After 45 days, eligible pending points become active and ready to use. Unused points expire 24 months after they are earned , so check your balance and expiry dates regularly.
Once you have at least 10,000 active points , you can start enjoying your rewards. Visit the Shoal Rewards Hub or the Weird Fish app to turn points into available money-off or free-delivery vouchers, or donate your points to the charity currently supported by Weird Fish. You can also use active points directly at checkout, online or in participating stores, in increments of 10,000 points.
Money-off vouchers can be used on qualifying purchases in the channels shown on the voucher. Free-delivery vouchers are for online orders only, while charity redemptions are donations and cannot be used against a purchase. The points required and reward value will always be displayed before you confirm. Once confirmed, the points will be deducted, so check your selection carefully.
Shoal Rewards gives you more ways to earn points through challenges, member-exclusive competitions and Refer a Friend. Available challenges will appear in the Shoal Rewards Hub and app, where you can see what you need to do, the reward available and any relevant dates or limits. Competitions and prize draws may have separate entry terms and conditions, so check before entering.
To refer a friend, share your personal referral link. If a genuine new Weird Fish customer uses your link and completes their first qualifying purchase, you’ll receive 10,000 Shoal Rewards points once the purchase is confirmed and the 45-day returns period has passed. If the order is cancelled, returned, refunded or does not qualify, the referral points will not be activated or may be reversed.
The Weird Fish app makes it easy to shop with Weird Fish and keep your Shoal Rewards account close to hand. Use it to check your active and pending points, view available rewards and review recent account activity. You can also explore current challenges, track your progress and convert active points into available vouchers or charity donations. The app is designed to provide visibility of your rewards, points, account status and activity history.
When shopping in a participating Weird Fish store, show the member QR code in the app, an email or provide your email address before you pay so the store colleague can identify your account and add points to the right place. The app may also send useful account updates, including reminders when points are due to expire. To receive push messages, allow notifications in the app and make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings.
