Due to the unprecedented circumstances around the Coronavirus, our response times for emails and telephone calls have increased.

Lines open from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am-4pm. Customer service lines now back open as an option to contact us.

Response times are longer than we would like at this time so please be patient. We are sorry for this. We are trying to provide the best service we can to you in very difficult circumstances.

We apologise for this, and assure you we are doing all we can to maintain our exceptional levels of customer service, whilst ensuring our colleagues are not at risk.

Please Note – Returns & Exchanges

Due to a number factors (speed of Post Office returns/social distancing regulations we are having to implement at our returns centre) exchanges and refunds are taking longer than usual.

You can check if your parcel has arrived with us by using your Royal Mail tracking number (ending with GB) This is taking up to 7 days currently in some instances.

Parcels are then put aside for 48 hours and then go through to processing that can take a further 5-7 days due to social distancing measures we are having to follow.
