Refunds



All orders will come with a delivery note which is also your returns form.

1. To send an item back you will need to select a return reason code, and also tell us the reason for return. If you require a refund you only need to fill in this one side of the form.

2. There is a returns postage label attached to your form which can be peeled off and attached to your returns parcel. If you are within the UK mainland this label will include a Royal Mail FREE postage stamp so there is no charge to return. If you are outside of the UK mainland you can still use this address label, but you will need to cover the costs of the return postage.

If you have misplaced your form or you don’t have one, please contact us.

Please make sure your return is sent back to ourselves in the original packaging with all of the tags and labels included. The garment should not have been washed or worn.



Please be advised we only accept returns from one of our 16 official stores. Stockists are not included.

We do accept store returns. If you would like to wait and return to our warehouse, please send us a copy of your proof of purchase receipt (receipt or bank/credit card statement) , postal address and product information. Please note we are not able to process a return without this information. If there is more than one item in the transaction please tell us what you are returning.

Please email us at retail@weirdfish.co.uk and we will then send a returns form and postage label for the item to be returned to us. Please obtain your proof of postage receipt.

Please make sure your return is sent back to ourselves in the original condition with all of the tags and labels included. The garment should not have been washed or worn.

If you have a Weird Fish item bought from an independent stockist, it must be returned to the original retailer you purchased from as this is where your buying contract lies. This is also the case if you have lost your proof of purchase or the item is faulty, you must deal with the retailer you purchased the item from, do not let them tell you different.

We cannot accept returns for items unless they were purchased from: www.weirdfish.co.uk, Weird Fish Amazon, Weird Fish eBay, or any of the following Weird Fish branches:

Bideford, Braintree, Carmarthen, Castleford, Dartmouth, Falmouth, Gloucester, Keswick, Livingston, Newquay, Portsmouth, Scarborough, Spalding, Street, Weymouth, York.

If you have received a defective item or your item has developed a fault within 12 months of purchase your first port of call is the place you ordered it from.

If you know the order has been bought from www.weirdfish.co.uk and you have the returns form, please follow the instructions on the form and return to us using the free postage label if you have one. If you don’t have the returns form you can contact us and we can provide you with one.

Items not bought from a Weird Fish store or website, will need to be returned to the original retailer or store.

We cannot accept returns for items, even for exchange unless they were purchase from: www.weirdfish.co.uk, Weird Fish Amazon, Weird Fish eBay, or any of the following Weird Fish branches (with proof of purchase):

Items can be returned 180 days from purchase for a full refund. If you have gone over this time it is best to contact us to explain, we cannot guarantee a refund for an item if you have gone over the 180 days.

If your item is faulty you have 12 months from the point of purchase to return, but please contact us, or the retailer the product was brought from as soon as a fault occurs. You will also need your proof of purchase.
