Coronavirus - A message from our couriers – Hermes Contactless Delivery
We understand that deliveries to homes are not only convenient but could also prove to be a lifeline for many people and we take this responsibility extremely seriously. So, we are making some changes to the way our couriers deliver parcels to offer 'contact-free delivery' right to everyone's doorsteps.
These include:
Asking customers to choose a safe place for deliveries. Anybody due to receive a parcel should visit the tracking section (included in your order confirmation) and choose 'divert' to select a safe place. This can also be done through our app, within the MyPlaces section.
If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there, even when there is someone in the property. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email.
For parcels requiring a signature, our couriers will temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will only happen when the customer opens the door and gives their name for security reasons. The courier will stay at least two steps away. If there is no safe place available, please be assured that we will always attempt delivery 3 times.

Standard Delivery – £2.50 FREE OVER £20
You should receive your order within 5 working days of your order being placed*. We do our best to ship orders within 2 working days of being placed, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. However, during busy periods this time may be extended and you will be advised of the expected shipping time when you place your order. Delivery takes 2 workings days from the date of dispatch. *The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE can take a wee bit longer (3 to 4 working days).
Please double check your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation, and call us within 1 hour on 01242 539535 and we will try amend if incorrect. Please be aware this may not be possible.
UK Express Delivery - £5.50 FREE OVER £60
Place your order before 2pm to get it the following day. Delivery charge is £5.50. Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Excludes bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery is not available in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

Channel Islands
Channel Islands - £2.50 FREE OVER £20
Orders are shipped within 2 working days of being placed, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. Delivery takes 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please double check your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation, and call or email us straight away if there is an error.
Shipments sent to the Channel Islands are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Many countries set a minimum value below which no tax and duty is levied, so please check with your local authorities before ordering.

Europe (EU Only)
Standard Rate - £3.99 per order regardless of size.
FREE on orders over £100
Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days. Our prices include all applicable VAT and duty.
All parcels are tracked to ensure they are delivered.
Maximum parcel size is 2kg where orders are over this they will be sent in multiple parcels.
Please check your delivery upon receipt and let us know of any issues as soon as possible so that we can try to rectify this for you.
Europe (Non EU)
Standard Rate - £7.99 per order regardless of size.
