Delivery Information

You should receive your order within 3-6 working days of your order being placed*. We do our best to ship orders within 2-5 working days of being placed, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. However, during busy periods this time may be extended and you will be advised of the expected shipping time when you place your order. Delivery takes 2-5 workings days from the date of dispatch. *The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE can take a wee bit longer (3 to 6 working days).

Place your order before 3pm to get it in 1-2 working days. Delivery charge is £5.95 . Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery within 2 working days. Excludes bank holidays.

Express Delivery is not available in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

Please double check your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation, and call or email us straight away if there is an error.

Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days. Shipments sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Many countries set a minimum value below which no tax and duty is levied, so please check with your local authorities before ordering.

All parcels are tracked to ensure they are delivered.

Maximum parcel size is 2KG, usually around 8 items (Fleeces and Macaroni’s may differ) If your order exceeds this, please process two orders separately so they get sent via postal system. If your order doesn’t apply to this then it will arrive by courier so some additional charges may apply which are non-refundable.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Global-E handles all taxes and duties from items shipped directly from the UK.

Weird Fish do not have any control over the tax and custom duty and we are not able to tell you how much these fees will be.
