Experienced Store Manager

  • KEY TASKS

    • Accountable for the daily running of the store maintaining all areas of store operations to the require standard.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and profit.
    • Store security and stock control, adhering to company stock management procedures.
    • Implement any promotional or training initiatives as required.
    • Adhere to Health and Safety practices, thereby ensuring that the store provides a safe and healthy working environment.
    • Lead and motivate and train your team to ensure targets are met.
    • Carry out appraisals as and when required.


    SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    The role requires an experienced and dynamic individual able to maximize store performance in terms of sales, customer satisfaction and team building and development. You will need to be motivated, customer focused, have the necessary stamina and drive to succeed mixed with a great sense of humour.

    To be a successful candidate you will have current store manager/deputy manager experience preferably in the retail clothing market.

    Wholesale Assistant 

    Weird Fish HQ Tewkesbury Full Time Permanent

    KEY TASKS

    Manage and process all aspects of sales orders including pick runs, inputting, uploading, editing or cancelling orders using AX, processing Sales orders from various sources e.g. phone, email, data feeds

    Managing all aspects of customer deliveries including - date & quantity expectations, customer or carrier queries, collections, tracking, bookings and delivery schedules

    Create and issue the Free to Sell, Oversells, Cancellations and Sales order movement reports, working with Merchandising to highlight issues and changes to the Sales agents and wider business.

    Understand customer processes and help find solutions for any challenges that facilitate the efficient movement of stock.

    Liaison with the sales team and agents to ensure information is shared and customers are up to date with the latest stock information.

    Provide customers with information, data or reports on orders, schedules, products, pricing, etc.

    • Ability to analyse & interpret data
    • Ability to work accurately and in good time, within timescales
    • Ability to provide concise & relevant feedback as required to relevant teams
    • Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams both internally & externally
    • Ability to participate within internal meetings to engage on all levels within the Weird Fish team
