Yes, Shoal Rewards expire after 24 months if they are unused. The 24 month period starts at the point when the points are earned. Weird Fish will notify you when any points are due to expire through the Shoal Rewards app so make sure to opt-in to push messaging and turn on notifications on your phone when downloading the app. Weird Fish will also send you emails to your Shoal Rewards registered email address to notify you when points are due to expire, so keep an eye on your inbox.

You can view your Shoal Reward points statement in the Shoal Rewards hub and in the Weird Fish Shoal Rewards app. The statement will provide a list of all debits and credits to your Shoal Rewards account. It may sometimes take a few minutes to show recent transactions, so please check back in 5 to 10 minutes if something is not showing on your statement.
