Very pleased with this bag, the size and design are great ; I ordered it as I was going to London by train and it was so useful to have my hands free but the option to carry it with the 2 carry straps at the top is also useful. It arrived within a couple of days of ordering, great service.

Nice fabric, but very few pockets for separating the contents of the bag. I could see myself rummaging around trying to find things. I sent it back.
