BBQ Competition

Terms and Conditions of Competition.

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8DN

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Weird Fish, Outback, Hardie Grant, immediate family members and associated businesses.

Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.


HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the competition page http://www.weirdfish.co.uk/?????????

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on ?????? June 2019 and closes at midnight on ?????? June 2019.
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of our subscriber policy, if you choose to opt in to be contacted by Weird Fish or any of the associated 3rdparties, but may not be entered into the prize draw. Please note you will not be contacted if you have opted out of hearing from any of the mentioned parties.

PRIZE
There is three (3) prizes;

One (1) x Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Outback Omega 250 Gas BBQ, one (1) Signed copy of “The Burger Book” by DJ BBQ, and one (1) Weird Fish Weird Beers BBQ Apron.

Two (2) x Runners Up prizes consisting of one (1) Signed copy of “The Burger Book” by DJ BBQ, and one (1) Weird Fish Weird Beers BBQ Apron.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) Grand Prize winner, and Two (2) Runners Up will be chosen at random from all entries no later than ???? June 2019
If the winners cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Weird Fish reserves the right to select alternative winners in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winners will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By ticking the opt in box you are agreeing for your name, email address and postcode to be shared with Weird Fish.


All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for contacting you as per our “sign up” T&C’s

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
