Terms and Conditions of Competition.
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), Unit 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8DN
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold valid email address.
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
Employees of Weird Fish, Glampotel or Pommery Champagne, immediate family members and associated companies.
Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
Entires from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens at 09:00 on 13th May 2016 and closes at midnight on 12th June 2016
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be included into Weird Fish’s database, but will not be entered into the prize draw.
PRIZE
There are two (2) prizes consisting of a one night stay in a Canvas Cottage with glampotel.com for 2 people, One prize located at Glampotel – Bere Regis www.glampotelbereregis.com and the other Glampotel – Bridport www.glampotelbridport.com. Winners will be notified which location on being informed of winning. Two (2) sets of £150 worth of Weird Fish Clothing, and two (2) sets of champagne and oysters to the value of £40 per prize through a Pommery Voucher to be redeemed at the Dorset Seafood festival.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The night's stay with Glampotel is only valid for Saturday 9th July 2016.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited any other travel, insurance, meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
Any extra costs incurred in the accommodation are to be settled on departure.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.
The £150 of Weird Fish Clothing will be issued in the form of a promotional code that can be redeemed at www.weirdfish.co.uk, this will be emailed to the winner(s) at the time of contact.
The Champagne and Oysters will be issued to the winner(s) in the form of a £40 voucher, to be redeemed at the Pommery stand at the Dorset Seafood Festival on 9th July. The voucher will be posted to the winner(s) before the date.
The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 17th June 2016
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.
GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
By entering the competition you are agreeing for your details to be shared with friends of Weird Fish/ Glampotel
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used for contacting you as per our “sign up” T&C’s
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
