Battersea Competition Terms and Conditions
Prize includes:
£200 voucher issued in the form of a promotional code that can only be redeemed at www.weirdfish.co.uk
The winning design idea will be made into a T-Shirt using the artist Richard Skipworth’s design, which will be sold through www.weirdfish.co.uk and Weird Fish’s dedicated stores
The picture of the dog the winner submitted will be incorporated into the design
The winner will also receive a free T-Shirt in their size and colour choice

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant, Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), Unit 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8DN and Battersea Dog and Cats Home
ELIGIBILITY
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
- Employees of Weird Fish, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, immediate family members and associated companies.
- Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified
- Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the Weird Fish Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/WeirdFishClothing/
To enter the competition you must comment below the relevant competition post with a T-Shirt design idea on the theme of dogs
You must also include a picture of a dog, either your own, a friend’s or a family member’s.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
No drawn entries are required, only text
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 15th May and closes at midnight on 31st May 2017
Entries received before or after the stated dates cannot be accepted
PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of one (1) £200 worth of Weird Fish clothing, to be issued in the form of a promotional code that can only be redeemed at www.weirdfish.co.uk
One (1) finished T-Shirt with the winning design sent to the winner
The winning design will be made into a T-Shirt to be sold through Weird Fish clothing’s direct retail business, in at least one (1) of it’s 12 stores and on www.weirdfish.co.uk
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. The monetary value of this prize cannot be redeemed in cash.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Weird Fish and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home will work together to select their favourite ideas once the competition has closed. They will be focusing on snappy ideas that will work well on T-Shirt designs and will appeal to a wide audience.
From the finalists one (1) winner will be chosen with help from the public through a vote on social media (only Facebook Likes will be counted as a vote) but ultimately Weird Fish will have the final say on the winner. The winner will be selected by midnight 21st June 2017
Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.
Any T-Shirt ideas submitted become the property of Weird Fish Clothing to use in any way they choose
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
