Terms and Conditions of Competition.

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), Unit 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8DN

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Weird Fish, Hillside Brewery, The Farmers’s Boy Inn and Mrs Mills Yurts, immediate family members and associated companies.

Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the competition page http://www.weirdfish.co.uk/hillside-brewery

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 19 ^th June 2017 and closes at midnight on 16th July 2017
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be included into Weird Fish’s database, but will not be entered into the prize draw.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a 2 night stay for 2 people in one of Mrs Mills’ Yurt in the Forest of Dean. The prize also included your choice of lunch or dinner on one of the days at The Farmer’s Boy Inn. The winners can also choose a day to be given a tour of the Hillside Brewery, which includes beer tasting, and a case of beer to take home.

Plus one (1) set of £200 worth of Weird Fish Clothing.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The holiday must be taken on in accordance to Mrs Mills’ Yurt availability and conditions. The prize is valid for mid week, weekends and peak season, but under the following conditions for July & August…. In July and August set check-in days are Monday for 4 nights or Friday for 3 nights. So prize can be redeemed against the longer stay and the additional nights are charged at £95 per night.

Prize can be redeemed in full for a 2 night minimum with no additional cost in any month (including half term and Easter breaks) outside of July and August.

The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited any other travel, insurance, meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
Any extra costs incurred in the accommodation are to be settled on departure.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 30 ^th July 2017
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering the competition you are agreeing for your details to be shared with friends of Weird Fish/ Hillside Brewery/Farmer’s Boy Inn/Mrs Mills’ Yurts

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for contacting you as per our “sign up” T&C’s

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
