  • Responsibility for the input and process of all National Account Customer orders.
  • Liaison with the Sales Customer Service Manager of customer order status.
  • Develop a relationship with National Account Merchandising Manager and Buyer
  • To manage the order and forecast of National Accounts.
  • To ensure completeness and accuracy of deliveries to communicate any discrepancies to both the customer and the Sales Customer Service Manager.

    Ability to listen to our Clients needs and provide professional guidance to assist their growth in a competitive marketplace. As well as our English Market, you will be dealing frequently with our European Buyer base. French and German speaking to graduate level (desirable), you will need to embrace different cultures and flex your skill sets to retain Clients.
