Lovely dress but very wide from the waist down. I found the top half was perfect but the hip area too big. If you're more 'pear shaped' probably perfect but I'm afraid I'm rather 'slim Jim' in the hip brigade.

I love this dress, the material is quite thick so it can be worn in the winter as well as the rest of the year. The colours are great. I am usually an 10, got a 10 and it fits very well - flattering but not tight. I am really looking forward to the end of the icy weather so I can wear this!

As always with any Weird Fish clothing the dress is excellent quality and a perfect fit (the size guide really works!). The only thing that made me nervous about it being a maxi dress was that I'm only 5 ft 3 so expected it to be at least 6in too long but it was absolutely a perfect length! Really like the pattern on this for all seasons. I have several of the short dresses and they are just great. Easy to wear and wash. The only thing I don't like is the tape used on the back next seam. I find it really harsh on my skin and on some of the dresses I have removed it for comfort.

I know this is meant to be a midi dress - but despite being 5ft 6in, this was more of an ankle grazer. I had to dig out my sewing machine and lop off 10cm. I like the dress but dont love it like my other Weird Fish dresses. Why? because it doesnt have pockets. Sadly there was insufficient waste fabric to fashion some myself. I will use it over Christmas but probably not afterwards.

Lovely feel to this dress, the material is soft and cosy. The fit is very good - a bit long, I would have bought petite if you offered it, but the fit around bust and waist were very good for me - something that can be tricky for someone who is only 5’1” . Lovely colours too.
