Light but very warm, certainly showerproof but have not been out in a downpour yet to see how waterproof it is.

This jacket is just what I was looking for...a mid-way jacket for use when the temperature isn't too low and you can wear a thick jumper underneath anyway. It's light enough to fold up into a rucsac. Downside: it arrived very creased in packaging so washed it on a 30C quick-wash cycle and hung up to remove creases...worked fine.

Very nice. Unfortunately I ended up sending back because my husband already has lots of jackets and waterproofs (for golf and dog walking) so he just decided he probably wouldn't get much use out of this - although he would recommend it!

This is a Lightweight and fully waterproof jacket, wore it straight out of the packet in very heavy rain and it was great. I'm 6'1" with long arms, the website recommended Medium, I got the Large, to allow for wearing warm clothes under during the winter, it fits perfectly. Now my go to jacket for the winter.

I wanted a lightweight, WATERPROOF jacket for those awkward, far too frequent moments when one is caught in a downpour. I think I have found that jacket ( it is waterproof and is lightweight).
