Weird Fish clothing shortlisted in the 25th annual Drapers Awards 2015

Clothing brand Weird Fish has beaten off stiff competition and been shortlisted for the Drapers Awards 2015, in the Mainstream Brand category.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the prestigious awards event, which celebrates the biggest and best in fashion retail today. A new category for 2015, the Mainstream Brand award will reward a business that has proven commercial success, with a strong product offer, a good pricing architecture, strong relationships with stockists and an excellent sourcing and logistics strategy.

John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “The quantity and quality of entries has been really strong this year with a record number of entries from quality retailers, so being shortlisted is a great achievement for Weird Fish.

This year’s judges include the CEO of Oasis and Warehouse, founder and CEO of Joules and the group stores and trading director of Harvey Nichols. The winners will be announced at The Drapers Awards 2015 on Thursday November 26 at the Old Billingsgate in London.
