I have gone over the 90 day returns policy, can I still send back my item?

If you have gone over this time it is best to contact us to explain, in most situations we can still honour an exchange but we cannot guarantee a refund for an item if you have gone over the 90 days.
If your item is faulty you have 12 months from the point of purchase to return, but please contact us, or the retailer the product was brought from as soon as a fault occurs. You will also need your proof of purchase.
From 1st October 2018 any items bought fall under the Christmas returns policy - they need to be returned unworn, unwashed, and still have all of the tags and labels attached to the garment. We have extended our Returns window over this period up until 31st January 2019.
Anything purchase after 23rd December 2018 will be covered by our normal 90 day returns policy.
