How do I cancel my order?


It is not possible to cancel the order yourself once it has been confirmed. If you have made a mistake or need to cancel the order completely please call us within 1 hour of ordering, and we will try to do this for you.
Please be aware, if your order status is showing as 'to dispatch' we are not able to cancel or amend it from this point, but you can use our fuss free returns policy once you receive the order.
