Terms and Conditions of Competition.

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8DN

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Weird Fish or Kitvision immediate family members and associated businesses.

Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.


HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 10th December 2019 and closes at midnight on 17th December 2019.
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of our subscriber policy, if you choose to opt in to be contacted by Weird Fish or any of the associated 3rd parties, but may not be entered into the prize draw. Please note you will not be contacted if you have opted out of hearing from any of the mentioned parties.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a Venture Action Camera 1080p from Kitvision

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The competition is subject to applicable UK laws.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 20th January 2020. The winner will be selected randomly and witnessed. The decision is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winner will be contacted by the email address supplied and will have a period of two weeks to respond before another winner is selected.


Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering into this competition you are not giving Weird Fish or Kitvision permission to contact you for marketing purposes unless you have opted-in to do so.


All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
