We operate a flexible returns policy and are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit, that are faulty or not what you ordered. We can also exchange goods ordered incorrectly. Returns policyIf you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return the goods to us (unworn and in their original packaging) within 10 days of receipt for exchange or full refund. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us. If you require exchange goods you will not be charged a second delivery charge on the exchanged goods. If goods being returned are faulty or we have sent incorrect goods we will credit your return postage costs (You may send the goods back to us using priority, recorded delivery or guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate first class postage cost). Your statutory rights are not affected. Warranty & FaultsWarranty covers faults that develop on the product in the first 12 months of use.
