Delivery Information

UK Deliveries
We charge a standard rate of £4.50 per delivery, regardless of size. Orders are usually despatched within 3 days, but during busy periods it may take up to 7 days. From time to time some items may be out of stock and will take a little longer to despatch. All goods will be sent with Parceline and require a signature so please only use addresses where there will be someone present to sign for parcels. Undelivered parcels that are returned to us will incur an extra carriage cost of £4.50 to be re-sent. If you provide us with your mobile phone number Parceline will text you when your parcel is put in the truck for delivery. Delivery will then be the same day there is no cost for this service.

European Deliveries
We charge a standard rate per delivery for each country detailed below, this may be higher on large orders but you will be contacted if this is the case. Orders are usually despatched within 14 days. From time to time some items may be out of stock and will take a little longer to despatch. All parcels require a signature so please only use addresses where there will be someone present to sign for parcels. Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please return the goods to us (unworn and in their original packing) within 10 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund. For your convenience we enclose a 'Refunds & Exchanges' form with every order. You may also download a copy of this form here: Refunds & Exchanges (27KB PDF).

Please Note: All Postage and Packaging costs are the customer's responsibility when returning items to Weird Fish (unless due to manufacturing defects). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
