Website usage terms
Weirdfish is a UK mail order and retail company and complies with UK consumer law, including Distance Selling Regulations which means you're safe if you shop with us. We operate a flexible returns policy and are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit, that are faulty or not what you ordered. We can also exchange goods ordered incorrectly.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return the goods to us (unworn and in their original packaging) within 21 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us. If you require exchange goods you will not be charged a second delivery charge on the exchanged goods.
All returns from the UK are free and a freepost returns label will be included with your delivery.
If goods being returned are faulty or we have sent incorrect goods we will credit any postage costs even if you are outside of the UK. You may send the goods back to us using priority, recorded delivery or guaranteed services.
Please note if you have purchased goods from a Weird Fish stockist they will need to be returned to that retailer.
Warranty & Faults
Warranty covers faults that develop on the product in the first 12 months of use. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear or abuse. Your warranty is only vaild for the retailer the items were purchased from.

Product Prices
Weirdfish.co.uk prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. In the UK children's clothing is already VAT free.
Promotional Codes
Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Catalogue Prize Draw
Included in every catalogue is a freepost request a catalogue slip if you fill out this slip with your friend's details along with your own. We will send them a catalogue and enter you into a prize draw to win £100 worth of free Weird Fish gear click here for Terms and Conditions. Secure Payment The payment form is used to submit your payment details to SECPay Ltd, who are an Internet payment gateway. Weirdfish.co.uk has a formal agreement with SECPay Ltd to accept payments on our behalf. Any information that is submitted to SECPay Ltd is used solely for the purpose of completing your transaction with Weirdfish.co.uk and will not be offered or sold to any further parties.

We only charge you when your order is ready to be dispatched.

Availability of Products
Weirdfish updates stock availability continuously. In the event of a product being unavailable in our 2-3 working delivery period we'll let you know upon which you can cancel your purchase, wait until the product is back in stock or select another item in it's place. You will not be charged in any case until the product(s) you ordered are ready to be dispatched.
Information Accuracy
This web site is regularly updated. We put every effort into updating website information, product descriptions, prices, photos and other information. We try to ensure all information and images are correct, if you find any information is incorrect we apologize, these are genuine mistkaes.If brought to our attention we will strive to correct any erros. If you buy any products from us based on wrong information we will replace or refund the product so long as it is unused. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to decline orders if they are based on inaccurate information by either party.
