The original Macaroni™ fabric was discovered by Weird Fish™ in a Turkish factory back in 1993. When we found the fabric nobody was using it, the machines were redundant and it didn’t even have a name, so we christened it Macaroni™ after the variety of pasta it resembled. Over the years our Macaroni™ fabric has evolved to become a firm favourite, renowned for being hard wearing and great Value for money. The fabric containing Cotton, Polyester and Viscose is knitted on circular machines produced in the late 1960’s, only these machines can produce the unique knit and there are very few left which is what makes the fabric exclusive to Weird Fish™ and so hard for competitors to emulate, they have tried, but failed!

We are really proud of our Macaroni™ products, it’s what the company was built on with our new green suppliers the quality of our products will continue to evolve and who knows we could see the first Green Organic Carbon Neutral Macaroni™!

Delivery Information

We charge a standard rate of £3.99 per order, regardless of size. Products that are in stock are usually delivered within 5-7 working days (Maybe longer during busy periods like sale or Christmas). Your order will be despatched with Royal Mail.

We also offer next delivery to mainland UK at £6.99 orders must be placed before 3.00pm Monday to Thursday to be despatched same day. After this time they may be despatched the following day. Orders placed before 3.00pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Next Day is not available in the Highlands of Scotland, Islands, Northern Island or All BFPO addresses. All goods will be sent with DPD and require a signature so please only use addresses where there will be someone present to sign for parcels.

Channel Islands
All deliveries are charged at £7.99 per order, regardless of size. Products that are in stock are usually despatched within 5-7 working days (Maybe longer during busy periods like sale or Christmas). All goods will be sent with DPD and require a signature so please only use addresses where there will be someone present to sign for parcels. VAT is not charged on any order and will be deducted at the checkout however orders over 400 may be charged duty on receipt.

Europe
We charge a standard rates, this may be higher on large orders but you will be contacted if this is the case. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days for more accurate time scale please contact us. All parcels are tracked to ensure they are delivered. If you require any further information before placing your order please give us a call on +44 1242 539535 as returning parcels from abroad could be quite expensive.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the goods unworn and in the original packaging for another Weird Fish lover to enjoy. Please return within 21 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. For your convenience we enclose a 'Refunds & Exchanges' form with every order, and a Freepost™ 2nd Class returns label for all those returning items from within the UK. Please request a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Please note: We can only refund or exchange items bought directly from the website or a Weird Fish™ shop (this does not include licensed stores). Any goods purchased from a Weird Fish™ stockist will need to be returned to that retailer.
